  • Q: What if the price changes after I place my order?
  • A: Upon approval of your credit card, we lock in your price for this order. You will be billed the agreed price
    regardless of market conditions.

  • Q: How soon can I get my oil?
  • A: Most oil deliveries are made within 3-5 business days. A receipt will be left at your door or in your mail box.

  • Q: If I let my oil level run too low or have run out of oil, can I get a delivery the same day?
  • A: Yes. All orders placed needing same day delivery must be received by 10:00 am and you agree to pay an
    additional $39.00 fee during normal working hours. After hours deliveries must be called in (203)888-0376.

  • Q: Can I order less than 150 gallons?
  • A: Yes! All orders placed for less than 150 gallons will be priced a little more per gallon.
      You see, costs of the delivery truck and labor are the same regardless of quantity.
